Formation for Young Leaders
Called & Sent is a five part workshop series for young and emerging leaders in the Archdiocese of Adelaide. C&S engages post-school young adults in fundamental elements of Christian leadership and gives participants tools and skills to enhance leadership in schools, parishes, business, and in the world.

LOCATION: CATHOLIC EDUCATION OFFICE, THEBARTON
Session 1: Christian Leadership; What is it?
The opening session of Called and Sent will focus on the concept of Christian Leadership and developing a personal theology of leadership.
Session 2: What kind of leader am I? Leadership styles and methods
The second workshop in the series will help young leaders explore various leadership styles and methods.
Session 3: Leadership as social Justice
The third workshops in the Called and Sent series explores the role Social Justice has in Christian Leadership.
SESSION 4: Practical Skills and tools for leaders
The final workshop in the series will look at various skills and tools Christian Leaders need such as making referrals, running meetings, delagation, and more.
The spirituality of Leadership: Discernment, Vocation, and Community
Participants will spend the day in a peaceful setting in reflection on the vocation of leadership, decision-making, and relationship to the community.
