Preca Community

Who?

“Preca provides a weekly opportunity for families and youth to come together on Friday nights between 7 and 10 pm at the Nazareth Senior Catholic College Campus in a safe and secure environment. We provide age-specific catechism classes and community prayer meetings.”

Adelaide University Catholic Society

Who?

“The Adelaide University Catholic Society (AUCS) is a student organisation at the University of Adelaide. The Society is focused on fostering a community of Catholic students, providing a supportive environment for those who wish to practice their faith while studying.”

Vietnamese Eucharistic Youth Movement – Adelaide

Who?

A vibrant and faith-filled community dedicated to nurturing young Vietnamese Catholics in their spiritual journey. Rooted in Eucharistic devotion and Vietnamese cultural values, this group offers dynamic youth programs, leadership development, and a strong sense of belonging. Whether you're looking to deepen your faith, connect with others, or grow in service, this thriving youth movement provides a welcoming space to do just that.

Oblate Youth SA

“Reaching out to young people aged 16-30 in the Catholic parishes of TTG & Dernancourt. Through the spirit of the De Mazenod charism.”

Adelaide Cathedral Young Adults

Who?

"A Catholic young adults group for students and workers aged 18–39, both local and international, journeying together as brothers and sisters in Christ.

We seek to grow in a deeper relationship with Him through the liturgy, faith formation, fellowship, and missionary outreach. This is a place to meet new people, form genuine friendships, and support one another - an opportunity to be part of the wider parish community, while being witnesses to the Gospel by word and example.”

MYM (Marist Youth Ministry)

“Marist Youth Ministry (MYM) is committed to bringing young people together to explore ministry, faith, community and leadership in a relevant way.”

YCW (Young Christian Workers)

Who?

YCW (Young Christian Workers) is a movement run for, by, and with young people, inspired by the vision of Catholic Cardinal Joseph Cardijn. Guided by the method See, Judge, Act, YCW empowers youth to serve, educate, and represent their peers—building a community rooted in faith, action, and solidarity.

Alpha Youth

Who?

“Alpha Youth is designed for year 7-12 high school students in the 13-18 age bracket and is a wonderful way to introduce and engage our youth with the challenging questions about our faith.”

Our Lady of Sacred Heart Parish, Henley Beach.

G-SYM (Gawler Salesian Youth Meet)

Who?

“Vision: To be a welcoming community that provides opportunities to learn, love and live in accordance with the teachings of Jesus”

“Values: Respect - Of self and others, in how we listen, speak and act. Relationships - Nurture our spiritual connection to our faith, build strong friendships, care for our environment.
